Can I install SQL Mirror across zones if the network between sites is fast about 100 GB?

Hello,

Can I install SQL Server using the Mirror method?  If The SQL Server that acts as the Principal server and Mirror Server is between two zones but has a network speed of 100 GB between the zones?

I need suggestions for Microsoft documents. Or has anyone tested an installation like this? If there are any limitations?
