an access violation error occured in ntwdblib.dll when use db-library access sql server2019

hello, when calling dbopen function, the error occured,

      when calling dbopen func, an error occured in ntwdblib.dll, debug breakpoint is at 73341C56 movsx eax,byte ptr [edx], and i cant get more information

        the ntwdblib version is not correct for sql 2019?
