Always Encryption - generating a script to reproduce a table and data

Hi, I've attempted to generate a script for replicating a table and its data, but I consistently encounter encryption errors. However, if I decrypt the table beforehand and then generate the script, everything functions properly. The only inconvenience is having to manually encrypt each column again.

I'm curious if others have experienced similar issues with Microsoft SQL Always Encryption. I have a fairly large table that needs to be scripted, including its schema and data, and I'm hesitant about the prospect of decryption the table manually before encrypting each column again.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Microsoft SQL 2016.
