SSRS Report Parameter Dropdown Issue

Hello Team,

I'm currently working with SSRS Product Version 15.0.1102.911. I've encountered an issue where the Parameter dropdown automatically closes, preventing me from selecting values. I've noticed that if I reduce the zoom to 60%, I can successfully choose values from the dropdown. Additionally, changing the screen resolution to 1366*768 also allows me to make selections. It's worth noting that the same report functions correctly on another server. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue?
