Navigate to different report from one SSRS Report

I have an Invoice SSRS report with three formats: A, B, and C. I want users to be able to switch between these formats while viewing the report. Each format is a separate SSRS report.
The functionality works fine in Visual Studio, but when I added the report to Dynamics CRM, it shows the following error: “Details are not available because the subreport is missing. For help adding the subreport to Microsoft Dynamics 365, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator.
