Backup and Restore of Native SSRS Site Restores as Sharepoint mode

I tried posting a similar message a couple of days ago but am not seeing it on the forum.  As such I am reposting.

I have a customer with an SSRS site that was setup with their original Dynamics GP implementation.  We are in the process of moving them to a new server and upgrading GP.  As part of the switch the reporting services site must also move over.  I looked at their current Reporting Services Configuration manager and it showed setup in "Native" mode.  But when I restored the database and attempted to set it up on the new server I received a message saying the database was in Sharepoint mode.  Is there a way to set it up in Native mode?
