(1) As olafhelper mentioned, the best option is to follow the error information and contact the Microsoft Support team. To clarify, this place is NOT where you open support ticket. This is an open forum managed and own by Microsoft but not by the same team and it is mostly for public discussions with the community.
The place to open a support ticket is in the "Support for business" site: https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness
With that said, note that in most cases you will need to purchase a support plan or provide your Software Assurance subscription.
If I am not mistaken then if the issue will be found as a bug in the product then you will not need to pay for the support, but you must confirm it with the support team.
(2) You can also try to contact third party companies and expert which might provide a cheaper solution if they can open the ticket under their support plan or examine your database more deeply.
In any case we cannot connect your database or provide this support in the forums.
(3) You might be able to uninstall the Cumulative Update (CU), which works in most cases, but can also lead to worse situation which is why I cannot recommend it. It is probably what I would do in many cases (after examine the system better).
Again! This is not a recommendation and you should not do it without an expert.
Uninstalling CU is done in Control Panel -> open the Programs and Features item, and then select View installed updates -> Locate the entry that corresponds to this cumulative update package under SQL Server 2019 -> and then select Uninstall.
I hope help you to solve the issue
