I can't believe it's months away… the product is on the market for over 6 months now. Even Exchange 2019 had it's first CU already.

We understand and acknowledge your ask, and would like to let you know that the Skype directory lookup issue is indeed fixed in the CU. We intended to release the CU earlier, but it was delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your patience. Thanks.

You say support is the right avenue for these issues, however I reported the certificate store problem to support through pay-per-incident and they advised that because the issue wasn't actively happening they could only do a "general health check", rather than any root cause analysis. I'd need to have a Premier account for RCA, which we're not willing to create just so a root cause can *possibly* be established for a bug that it seems you should be aware of, given a few people have advised of it so far.
On a related note, did you receive the logs you requested that I PMed to you?

Are you having issues with searching for public users, or can you not send IMs to public users at all?
If you used the full email address of the user you are trying to message (example email@gmail.com), could you get a message to go through?

Thank you for reporting these problems. As you're probably aware, Support is the right channel for these issues. Could you please open a case with support with repro steps and logs? Once that happens, we can begin to investigate it. Thanks.

We have the same Skype-search problem. Therefore, we are waiting for the release of the CU1. But it is very strange that the update releasing so long. 7 months! And apparently this is not the limit. Maybe this is another method of exposure, so that people go to the cloud services?)

What about:
1. Front End service crushing cause it states it looses connectivity to it's own Certificate Store, whereas the server itself works. I see this in Windows Server 2019 with skype 2019 but someone here also acknowledged this happens on Windows Server 2016 with Skype 2019
2. Stopping CLS Log collecting on Skype 2019 does not indeed stop the process, it still keeps logging and taking up space in the log folder/drive
3. PowerPoint presenting issues (Skype 2019), it just stays at "Loading…" or at some points cannot connect to server, or something like that but OOS server is good as SharePoint uses that also
4. Some "Attempt by Storage Service to replicate data via the fabric from the primary failed" issues happen sporadicaly on Skype 2019
