Voice Activity Detection in S4B 2019

Is it possible to enable the use of "dummy" RTP keepalive packets when there is no voice activity detected in an RTP stream? This issue has been plaguing our organization for a while. This is an option enabled by default on most enterprise PBXes. We are hopeful that this is a change for Skype for Business 2019.

    What specific issue are you encountering? What SBCs are in use in your environment? Keen to understand the exact issue your experiencing, I've deployed dozens on on-premises Skype for Business environments (with AudioCodes and/or Sonus/Ribbon SBCs) and haven't encountered any RTP keep alive issues.
