Hi Eric Marsi, Remote PowerShell issue has been fixed and released, and it has been verified by customers, who raised the support issue.
Can you please restart the machine or do IIS reset and try again. If the issue still persists, please report the same to Microsoft support and provide more details so our team can investigate it further. Thanks.

Mar 10, 2026Issue Summary – Skype for Business Server Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP) user enablement in multi‑domain forest
Environment
- Skype for Business Server 2019 / Subscription Edition
- Single forest, multiple domains
- One forest root domain
- One child domain
- All Skype for Business Front End servers are installed in the child domain
- All user accounts to be enabled for Skype for Business are located in the child domain
- Active Directory Sites:
- All Skype servers, Root‑domain DCs, and Child‑domain DCs are located in the same AD site
- Child domain is fully prepared using Enable‑CsAdDomain
- Required Skype for Business administrative roles are correctly assigned
Observed Behavior
When enabling users via Skype for Business Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP):
- MACP attempts to resolve and enable users against the forest root domain
- The user lookup fails with errors such as:
- “Unable to find user”
- “You have specified the wrong server”
- The same user can be successfully enabled using PowerShell (Enable‑CsUser)
- User search and enablement failures occur consistently via MACP for child‑domain users
