Response Group AgentAlertTime
Hi All,
Quick Question, using Skype for Business Server 2019 (on-prem), we are using a number of Response Groups (Workflows, Queues and group) however the Group AgentAlertTime minimum setting according to documentation is 10 seconds.
Is there a way to reduce this programmatically by using Powershell or similar? 10 seconds is too long for our requirements.
If not, any ideas for a work-around?

HI jwake-1,
No it is not possible to reduce it. One of the problems that can occur is when you have a bad network connection is that the call setup time takes longer and the agent have then lesser time to answer the call.
second problem is why would you have that low? 5 seconds is really fast and if an agent is busy or distracted i can have a missed call easily. You do not want to much missed calls of your agents 🙂
