thanks a lot for your help.
the issue solved by install 3 new Servers 2016.
and install in the existing pool 3 new FE and Remove the (Old 2019 from the pool).
it seems like the server 2019 with the last update was the issue.
Good that you could fix it by setting it up from scratch including the windows servers (2016 instead of 2019). Well done. 👍
