Enable-CsTopology fails with file share sub-folders creation error.

Procmon showed, \\serverfqdn\ipc$ stating "FS DRIVER REQUIRED" and few other errors denoting some kind of corruption in file system of this particular file share.

Explicitly providing permissions didn't help too.

Since this was the same share used for previous failed install (might be related to duplicate sql entries https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/system-center/content-library-explorer-not-working-resolved/m-p/1666827 however this was new sql databases on reinstall process);

I decided to delete the old share, created new one and pointed FE to that share instead, and gave necessary permissions: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/deploy/install/create-a-file-share

Now publish topology went through successfully.
