Skype Room Systems reveal sensitive Private meeting subject
When you include a Skype Room Systems v2 into a Skype meeting and set the meeting to Private, the SRS device shows the meeting just as expected with Private Meeting, as expected by the person booking the meeting since they might have sensitive information in the meeting subject:
But, any visitor in the conference room (often in more public/unsecured locations) can press Join and this reveals the subject line of the meeting. Not necessarily with meaning but by mistake.
This can't be right? The subject line of a private meeting might be sensitive and therefore marked as private.
Get-CalendarProcessing <mailbox> shows the below and RemovePrivateProperty is already set to $false. I suspect the subject line is taken from the Skype for Business meeting rather than the actual mailbox and that's why it's shown?
