Skype for Rooms not presenting to TV after system sleep

UPDATE: Happy to report we have a fix in the works for this. Cannot provide an ETA yet but it is coming.

Hello,

any update on this issue? This is holding us from 700+ SRS deployment in our company.

Can you please also share more details about "a box between the SRS and Front of room TV"? We are happy to purchase and install them to fix the issue

    As nobody replied to my question about "HDMI box" I will do it myself - this box is Gefen EXT-HD-EDIDPN. I got that from Microsoft engineers, they say they use it for Logitech SmartDock deployment internally.

      I had a play with the Gefen EXT-HD-EDIDPN (thanks http://www.digi-box.co.uk/brands/gefen). To confirm - it works by sending the signal that the Front of Room display is running all the time to the SRS (so even if the FoR display turns off, the SRS does not know), therefore the window management does not need to kick in when the FoR display is powered back on.

        would this device wake up a sleeping TV if upon SRS video output ?
