I think we will need to wait till CU7 will be released.

How certain are you about CU7 having support for Sql 2016? Do you know when that will be available?

  There is no ETA for CU7 available now, but i should be available in Q2/18

    Skype for Business 2015 CU 7 is released and the SQL Server 2016 SP1 is available.
