Skype for Business on Mac Not showing my status Help I can't work

I have installed and can communicate out and people can contact me on Skype for Business installed onto a MacBook Pro

My issue is while I can see there status - My status comes up as unavailable - changing the status to Available - Busy etc I can see the change my side but not theres

This is to a client who uses business For Skype - They informed me they have no idea what might cause this or what might be the resolution
