Skype App not launching from a Logitech Group (Surface Pro)

Hi all,

 

We have a Logitech Group device with Surface Pro inside, it can auto login to the .\Skype Windows account but after that just gives out a black screen and the pointer but nothing else.(Windows Hot Keys does not work too) I believe it's because the SRSv2 software is not launching properly / corrupted.

 

Just wondering if there is any way I can check or repair as I cannot see the app installed in the App store and programs. I believe the version we have is 4.0.31 for the Skype Room Systems v2 app. I log in as admin and cannot see the SRSv2 app too so I can't try to launch and test to see if it's a Windows Profile issue.
