"Show single window for conversations with the same user" gets deselected on app restart

Lately every time I restart Skype for Business, the "Show single window for conversations with the same user" checkbox gets deselected.  Anyone else?  It's driving me mad.

I'm on the Office Insider Slow updates, if that helps.
