SfB on a mac screen share slow to respond to arrow keyboard clicks

Hi,

Has anyone seen this issue or is it just us.  Mac client 10.13.4 with SfB 16.16.102

In a SfB meeting and doing a screen share with powerpoint in slideshow mode.  If I click the screen to advance the slide all is good.  The other participants see the slide advance.  If I use the arrow keys on the keyboard to advance the slide, it advances on my screen, but the remote participants do not see the new slide for 15+ seconds.   Not every single time but 80% of the time.
