I dont recall any module called "Skpeforbusinessonline", do you mean the SkypeOnlineConnector?
Other than that, check the permissions for the account you are using.

I have the version installed that you have referenced, and also have global admin and E3 licence assigned.
Further testing with a colleague has shown to provide the same results, all of the CS- powershell commands are missing when you install this version of the SkypeOnlineConnector?
