SFB Issue

Hi, Just curious to know if others(Companies)are facing the same issues:   Our skype doesn’t stay logged on consistently, its keep logout and login back automatically.It's happening while we on video...

We dont have any fw rules or fw application control.

Hi Amit,

based on your previous answers (confirm please):
- your clients work outside your company network
- your clients do not work inside your company network
- you have no firewall control inside your company network

 

your issue could be a DNS problem inside your company network.
Please check from your client connected to internal network if these DNS records are resolvable, substitute <sip domains> with your SfB SIP Domain.

    Hi Amit, 

    please check these records on your INTERNAL DNS, those used by your client when they are inside your company network and they have the issue.

    I think We have the exact same DNS settings that you have mentioned.

    Hi Luca,

     

    The clients who is using SFB outside network,they dont have any issue.

    The clients who are working under/behind the company network, they are having issue.

     

    I will check with GoDaady for my DNS records and try to resolve using your suggestion.
