Set-CsOnlineDialInConferencingUser -WhatIf
Did anybody notice or know that WhatIf for Set-CsOnlineDialInConferencingUser doesn't work ?
It's not the only cmdlet it doesn't work for, I can give you dozens of examples. Simply start testing against a different environment and only execute the cmdlets once you are certain in the effect.
