S4B online address book, how is it created, documentation?
After searching high and low I can find no information about how the s4b online address book is created, or with what frequency it is updated. Does anyone know of any technical documentation or decent blog post that exists?
We see different results when searching from OSX, Android and PC, and in order to troubleshoot we need to understand exactly how entries are created and modified in the ABS.

- This is an old technical document (Lync 2010) but it's the most in-depth Microsoft ever produced. Look for Chapter 1 in the Lync 2010 Resource Kit - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=22644
