Hi,
You can select both "Business hours call handling" and "After hours call handling". Both these have the same settings so you can select to redirect calls to 1) Person in your company 2) Call Queue 3) Auto Attendant.
In your case I would suggest to forward calls to a person in your company redirect to "Person in your company", if you need to forward to an external number you can activate call forwarding in Skype for that person.
