Polycom Firmware Updates Provisioning

Hi

Was wondering if anyone has had any success in updating firmware on Polycom phones from a custom FTP server.

I have an FTP server which we used to roll out 3000 phones and it worked perfectly for that. I am now faced with updating the firmware on all of them to make them on level set across the organization. I have updated my FTP site with the 5.7 version, however when the phone reboots it does not download the updated firmware. If I go to the phone (or Web UI) and select reset to factory defaults then it does download the update. I don't want to have to do this for every phone and was wondering how everyone else is doing this.

From everything I have read it should update upon reboot. Has anyone as had similar behavior, or may know what I may be missing?
