Organization chart missing

I turned out I needed to clear the SfB client cache to solve this :-(

I am experiencing this issue. Could you help me with the path/location from where you deleted the SfB Client Cache.

I deleted the %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sip_<SIP Address> folder
