on wich file will be the delegation setting be saved

Our customer has a Citrx enviroment and this environment delete the %localappdata% every night in the User Folder. For a better performance the customer want to leave the skype settings and ask which file contains the delegation settings or which file should be not deleted to have a better performance when the user is going to login.
