Error after Update to CU5 (6.0.9319.281)
After an Update to CU5 (6.0.9319.281) on the first Server of a Skype for Business Enterprise Pool the following Error is showing, around every 3 Minutes: Warning: EventID 57006 "RtcDb Sync Agent ...
Hi you need to update your backend databases -
- If this is an Enterprise Edition Back End Server and there are no collocated databases on this server, such as Archiving or Monitoring databases, then type the following at a command line:
Install-CsDatabase -Update -ConfiguredDatabases -SqlServerFqdn <SQL Server FQDN>
- If this is an Enterprise Edition Back End Server and there are collocated databases on this server, then type the following at a command line:
Install-CsDatabase -Update -ConfiguredDatabases -SqlServerFqdn <SQL Server FQDN> -ExcludeCollocatedStores
- If this is an Standard Edition server, type the following at a command line:
Install-CsDatabase -Update -LocalDatabases
We are facing similar issue after installing December CU
- Issue: KB 2982006 is automatically removed after installing CU from all frontend server.
- Issue: Multiple Event ID 57005 on FE due to SQL express edition SP pushed accidentally,
- Express edition SQL version was higher so we have resolve the issue after removing SP.

- Solutions: In my case i have reinstalled KB2982009 via DSIM/Expand tool.
