Call me at option for Guest users not working
Vishal https://www.skypefeedback.com/forums/299913-generally-available/suggestions/16303120-call-me-at-option-for-guest-users-not-working. I'm suprised this isn't getting more support since it is a major UX flaw with the existing Meeting Join experience.
Is the SfB team aware of this issue? Any plans for a fix?
I wrote the following over there:
The call me at feature works, but only if someone puts the number in E164 format. This is a poor UX requirement though. Almost nobody, outside of Skype administrators, knows to enter phone numbers in E164 format.
For example, if you enter +1800MICROSO, it'll call you back.
But, if you enter 1800MICROSO, you won't get a call back.
Almost every other PSTN-capable conferencing service on the planet allows users to easily enter their phone number and have the system call them. This should not only work with any number format entered (it should normalize), but it should be prominently displayed so that end-users who've never used Skype can join audio easily and intuitively.
Most attendees need PSTN "call me at" because very few computers have reasonable built-in audio equipment.

This on-prem or O365? In an on-prem environment, you can assign the Conferencing Directory number to a dial plan which has the normalization rules in it, that often resolves this issue. If O365...not sure.
