Call forwarding for unassigned numbers

Hello IT Pros,

In Skype for Business on-prem, there is the command New-CsUnassignedNumber to create block of unassigned numbers, so when somebody calls one of those numbers, they are forwarded to another number, an AA, etc.

Is there similar option in Skype for Business online? 

I have a customer with several local numbers (different cities across the US). All of those numbers are published locally on magazines, ads, etc. Currently, we I have Unassigned Number groups for those numbers and they are forwarded to the main auto attendant. The customer is planning to migrate to Skype for Business Online, and I can't see a simple way to achieve this (except by buying a ton of licenses to forward all those numbers).

    Announcement services seems still in voting at Skypefeedback and I didn't see feature in product road-map as of now....
