AudioConferencing customaiztion

Hi Experts,

One of our partner raised the below query:

 

Is there anyway to customize the below things in Skype for Business Online Audio Conferencing:

 

>> Feature to get rid of entering conference id behavior when people join Audio Conferencing by phone. (When people join by phone it shouldn't prompt for conference id or PIN)

 

>> In Skype meeting invitation, under "Join by Phone" there should be a desired list of phone numbers (We need to mention many phone numbers according to participants location so that they don't have to click on 'Find a Local Number option').

 

>> Customize the complete meeting message in the invite.

 

Any pointers would be of great help. Many thanks in advance.

    • Feature to get rid of entering conference id behavior: No.  This is by design and can't be changed.
    • In Skype meeting invitation, under "Join by Phone" there should be a desired list of phone numbers: Not at the moment natively, but they could be manually added.
    • Customize the complete meeting message in the invite: Not in an automated fashion.
