- Mar 20, 2018
.net 4.7 is not supported for Lync 2013 and probally it never will be
Good question Adrian, when i look at the released updates from yesterday i see Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64 (KB3186539) is listed but not marked by default for installation.
Not supported yet. Do Not install this update on Skype for Business Servers until official support released.

Can you provide us where to find this information? I am unable to find any information specifically listing whether or not 4.7 is compatible with Lync/SfB or if it will break Lync/SfB envrionments.- Dino CaputoJun 28, 2017MVP
Yes the way it works is assume its unsupported untill an announcement is made. One has recently been made here: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/nexthop/2017/06/23/net-framework-4-7-and-skype-for-business-lync-server/
