Social Media Button with direct link to call my SfB account

I searched a lot here and also through the web but could not find any solution or description. Is there a possibility to put a social media button in the MS Outlook 2010 Signature, which has a click to call link to my SfB Account? Of course I know how to add a picture in the signature. But what is the link address? Is this possible at all?
