Skype for business repeatedly crashing on Mac - version 16.16.102

Skype for Business crashes every time I open it after a few seconds delay. Completed a full uninstall and reinstall and it ran for 24 hours without issue before starting again.   Errors details: P...

    Clearing keychain items for Skype fixes the issue.

My whole team is seeing the same issue. I'm running version 16.16.91 however.

EDIT -- manually installing 16.16.102 has the same result. Crash at launch.
