Skype for Business Missing Messages

Is there any current issue regarding missing messages in Skype for Business? Sometimes the messages appear but sometimes its gone. Like this issue https://www.skypefeedback.com/forums/299913-generally-available/suggestions/13220532-please-fix-the-bug-with-messages-disappearing-betw

 

Does it do with the new patches in Skype for Business?

    Hi jhodie 

     

    Is it Skype for Business Online or Skype for Business on-premises?  I've not noticed anything similar or heard anything from customers that it is a current issue.

      It is Skype for Business Online. It's pretty weird that some of the messages that I had is gone.

        jhodie  Am curious as to whether or not this issue was ever resolved for you. Have had the problem since roughly April of 2019 and have had a support case open since that time with still no resolution.
