Skype for Business, In meeting desktop sharing BY external user

Our customer does many SfB meetings with external clients but now wants to let the external (non Sfb) clients to share their screen.

Is this possible?

    I just tested a web based meeting, 

    I tried successful to use my webcam and share a screen or program.

    All you have to do is change “Who’s a presenter” to “Anyone (No restrictions)”
