Skype for business - Screen share Recording file not opening and playing
Hi,
I use Skype for business for screen share and Recording the same.
Recently I closed the Screen sharing session, which I was recording, but forgot to stop the recording.
The Recording file is not opening or playing either, the status is Pending still, please help how can I retrieve my Recording file?

sheikabdullahm Do you have power connected to your computer? When running on battery the encoding is paused and the status is pending. You could hold your mouse pointer over "Pending" and you should see some more information why it is pending.
