Skype for Business - Favorites disapearing after a reboot

We have multiple people in our organization that lose their favorites in Skype for Business once they reboot.  I havent been able to find much about this issue in my online searches. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

    Hi Marc,

    What kind of deployment is it, Online / Hybrid / Onprem ? Can you also check if the local appdata still exist after log off ?

      Hello,

       

      Thank you for your response. We are Hybrid with some users online and some on-prem. Are you asking about a specific folder in %localappdata%? Also, i have now been told that its not just contacts in Favorites that are disapearing, its also contacts from some groups.  It would seem that most people just add contacts to favorites for the most part.
