Skype for Business - Display name changed, but still showing on inbound calls

Using skype for business, I've recently changed a user's display name which has worked successfully on the client's side. However, receiving calls from this person still shows their previous display name. Is there a way to correct this? Issue is occurring across multiple tested users in the organisation
