Reconnetcting to presentation, how to
If you get disconnected from a presentation ( but voice still ok) and after a couple of retries the reconnect button dissepears. How can you reconnect without closing the whole conversation // meeting and reestablish ? Is there any secret button ??

- Hi - There is not a secret button. If it's not reconnecting when clicking the reconnect button, the best thing to do is to log-out and log back in. That said, please be sure you open a ticket with support to troubleshoot why this might be happening. (link to support on the right).
