Quality Issue in dial in conference from toll free number

Hello ,

 

I am facing an quality isssue in dial in conferencing whenever we are dialing from Cell phone or any landline which is coming from ISP to Lync environment other than this Lync to Lync are fines .

 

And this issue is happening across the Geo.

 

Please suggest.

      So issue is only in paek hours while call is coming from outside PSTN.

        So no problem with lync call from the outside to lync on the inside? 

        I would ask your sip trunk provider if they could see whats happening.

        My guess is some sort of bandwith issue
