Incoming Calls Drop When I Try To Answer

Hello,

 

I have Skype for Business and whenever I try to answer incoming calls, it goes straight to voicemail. How do I fix this?

    Hi KristinHoughtaling 

     

    Can you please check your call forwarding settings in the Skype for Business Client? Just check in case that is set to forward all the calls to voicemail. In that case you will not be able to answer the call?

     

    If the call forwarding is set to normal then can you check on your mobile device in case you can answer the call from your mobile device? Or any other machine if the same issue happens?
