After some testing, it seems SfB to SfB calls are working, as are SfB to Consumer skype, however SfB to a virtual meeting room (eg that connects SfB to Cisco endpoints) will crash once a 2nd party connects
There's sometimes it crash/freeze because Antivirus.

- I am able to reproduce this with a clean install of Windows 10x64 1709. No 3rd party antivirus install, just built-in Windows AV.
With a Quadro M or K class, it crashes. A regular quadro 4000, no problems.
