background static noise on audio with Skype for B. call while using the Yamaha CS-700 microphone

SFB is used for meetings with the desktop client. When we use the Yamaha CS-700 microphone, there is a strong background noise over the voice, received by the other participants in the meeting. 

This is happening only with Skype, not with Teams.
