A few of conversation using Chinese font shows up as garbled text on SFB for Mac and iPad

I run into this issue recently. Some conversations I received show up as garbled text. The same situation happened on both MacOS and iPadOS. OS X version is 10.15.4. iPadOS is 13.4.1. SFB is 16.28.175. The capture attached as below. Perhaps it's some wrong with non-unicode text. All of garbled text are normal Chinese font. Please let me know how to fix it. Thank you.

    After test, the conversation from Office365 SFB user will be garbled text. But no garbled text from SFB 2016 user.
