Skype for Bunsiness Mac Client Crashing on Launch

Exact same problem. I think it came after I installed Outlook (but not completely sure).
Symptom is the same (sqlite3_exec(CREATE_TABLE) ...) even though I'm running a more recent version:
Version: 16.2.156 (16.2.156)
And app cleaner fixed it. Thanks for the tip.
