Please can someone help, desperately stuck here :(I've been trying, without success to get either 16.0.0.3638 or 16.1.0.456 to work on my Mac and without success. Each time it opens I get the "Skype for Business quit unexpectedly." message!
This has been going on for 1 week at least, I've uninstalled numerous times but to no effect - I'm totally stuck!

My issue was folder and sub folder chars in the name. Have a look at my previous answer it may help.

Thanks David but to be honest I really didn't follow what folders/sub-folders you're referring to and where in my Mac are these folders? You mentioned Outlook but again I don't have any folders in my Outlook account with these types of characters

I experience exactly the same issue, even after updating to the latest version, and reinstalling.
Is it possible to find out what SQLite storage file Skype4B uses?
