Sharepoint 2019 hybrid configuration

Question

Hi,I'm working on a new SP2019 farm (pretty simple at the moment - one FE one app\search and one DB server). I'm still configuring and I must hybridise with our SPOnline. I have read a lot of documentation about what you can achieve but very little about HOW to do.For example: in our on-prem farm which are the Service application I really must have? I understand that the answer should be "it depends" but what I'm asking doesn't involve Access\Access2010\Visio\ecc. Service App.For example, should I configure Search Service App also if I choose Hybrid Cloud search? I think so, but ... the same for Managed metadata ...&nbsp;Does anyone know a guide that could help me step-by-step doing the right installation of an on-prem farm using an hybrid environment?Thanks in advanceGuido

It also mentions the requirements for your on-prem configuration.
