Organisation Assets Library contents does not display as thumbnails

I have got to libraries in our intranet that are used for Organisational Assets.  I love this feature by the way.  We have a thumbnail image for each library and can access it and add images and logos.

 

I don't seem to be able to get the images to render as a thumbnail or tile.  Is there any way to do this?  Anyone's suggestions will be much appreciated.

    There is a parameter to set and also update the thumbnail URL

    Hi Kirsty600 

     

    I'm experiencing the exact same problem. It started sometime during this week. The funny thing is that if I go directly to the assets library, I'm able to see the images as tiles, but when I try to create a news post and change the banner image it doesn't react when I switch to tiles view.
